The Dixfield Congregational Church is planning a church outing to watch the Sea Dogs play the Reading Fightin Phils on Friday, August 21 at 6:00 p.m. at Hadlock Field in Portland. There will not be any fireworks after this game. We will have reserved seats which cost $20.75 for each seat. Mary Dailey will be ordering the tickets on Monday, July 13 so please let her know by Sunday, July 12 if you would like to go. She will also need the money for your tickets by that day. As for parking at the ballfield, please be aware that you may have to pay to park. There is some free parking available but these spots are quite a distance from the field and require a bit of walking.
The park gates open 90 minutes before game time. There is food and drink available to purchase at the game. No outside food or drink is allowed in to the park.
If we have a group of at least 20 people, we will receive a group rate of $12.00 per seat. Please feel free to invite friends and family members to go to the game as part of our group. If you pay $20.75 and then we qualify for the group rate, Mary will refund the difference to you.
